Description:
CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph (Intel Agency) cleared Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area and other field sites.
The day-to-day:
·
Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with Agency missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and Computer Network Operations.
·
Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, open source and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
·
Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
·
Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
·
Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
·
Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
·
Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute Agency and the Intelligence Community's missions.
·
Perform pre-release quality control functions.
The qualifications (required):
·
Must be a US Citizen
·
Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
·
This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to serialized, strategic, 2nd echelon target analysis reporting:
o
Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
o
Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
o
Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
o
Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience

Minimum of High School Diploma
·
Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to an Agency mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD and include drafting/editing intelligence reports.
·
Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
·
Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
·
Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, RFIs, etc
·
Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
·
Experience in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports.
The nice-to-haves (desired, not required):
·
DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAT Certification, (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).
·
Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks and operations.
·
May require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers.

Is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies.
·
Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow tools.

Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting
