Review the program's terms and conditions to ensure both you, as the referrer, and your candidate meet the program rules.
3. Referral Submitted
E-mail cti-staffing@cti-md.com to provide a resume and the job for which you are referring the candidate.
4. Referral Hired
The referral has been successfully hired as a full time, billable employee.
5. Get Rewarded
You will receive the first portion of the referral payment after the referral completes 90 days of employment at CTI. The remaining portion of the referral payment will occur after the referral completes 1 year of employment at CTI.
