Scott DuBritton and Bryan Wyatt, both engineers, decide to create the company they’ve always wanted to work for.

In June of 2008, Constellation Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is born.

John Ommert joins CTI as a Partner/Owner with a focus on advancing our core capabilities.

The owners begin the annual tradition of personally purchasing a luxury holiday gift for every employee.

The “CTI Family Day” annual tradition at Oriole Park begins.

CTI reaches 10 employees.

CTI reaches 25 employees.

A new logo and redesigned website are released.

The “CTI Family Weekend” annual tradition begins. This is a company paid destination event for employees & their families.

CTI is honored as #1 Top Workplace in the Baltimore Sun, kicking off a 5 year streak in the top 5.

CTI is awarded its first prime contract.

CTI moves into its first physical, corporate office space in Columbia Gateway.

CTI treats employees & their families to a company-paid cruise to celebrate the rapid growth of the company.

CTI becomes an authorized DoD SkillBridge Program partner.

CTI surpasses 60 employees.
